Progress comes from consistency and consistency comes from holding yourself accountable, day in and day out. That doesn’t mean 100% of the time. This means whatever percent of the time you need to in order to achieve your specific goals.
There are the bigger things you can do to stay on track like completely changing your schedule to accommodate your workouts or change out the unhealthy foods in your diet to healthy options. However, for the long term sustainability factor starting with small changes have been proven better to be more sustainable long term.
Making small changes by increasing your workouts and changing some foods in your lifestyle along with keeping a bikini or set of swim trunks readily available at home to try on daily will allow you to see the changes in fit and be a constant reminder of where you are at.
