This is for (1) 60 minute session of personal training in home or an outside agreed upon area in Dallas, TX.
Your 1st session requires a 30 minute consultation and comprehensive physical test in order to best gauge your starting point and give you a base to work from.
These workouts will vary based on you, your lifestyle, nutrition, progress, and goals as we are all different and there is no 1 size fits all. These can be done at home or when you travel. (You are not required to have equipment and any equipment I bring will be sanitized prior to your session.)
